Hiiiiiii, everyone,
I have an important request from friends or anyone who watches or views my art.
I'm kind of at a low point atm when it comes to creating for myself.
I keep becoming irritated with any art I do and I can't figure out why it's lacking any real substance to me.
I figured maybe y'all could help??? If you're interested??
Looking through the first few pages of my gallery, what are your recommendations?
Are there any tips? Any thoughts or comments? Observations? Anything you think I could improve on regarding motion, expressions, form, fluidity, figures, compositions, etc?? I'll take anything!! !
Feel free to tell me anything and everything you feel. I'm so desperate for help by this point.

Wouldn't know. I don't remember the last time I visited a hotel.

I sleep with one loose comforter bc my medication makes me v hot-natured!

Yes! I doodle on them and put them all over my room when I need to remember something for school!

Nah, but my mom does!

Nope! I used to buy a lot of teen magazines back in highschool for the posters though!

Both are so much fun, but I love the endless possibilities and colors that come from Lego!

I dreamed of being an animator for most of my life when I was small, but I also thought about being a teacher, a fire-fighter, and a vet! Much like everyone else! lol

Eh
I have a lot going on in my life n i rly wanna talk abt it online but i don't think it would be appropriate to say it all here.
Things are very tough right now. On top of school there's so much else I have left to think about and push through.
It's rough. I honestly don't feel like I'm justified in saying that, but it is. I'm so utterly exhausted and overwhelmed.
I apologize if I don't make a lot of art or don't respond often.
I'm struggling a lot.
Or maybe I'm not. Maybe I'm just being a lame-o.
Idk.
Eh.
I have a lot going on in my life n i rly wanna talk abt it online but i don't think it would be appropriate to say it all here.
Things are very tough right now. On top of school there's so much else I have left to think about and push through.
It's rough. I honestly don't feel like I'm justified in saying that, but it is. I'm so utterly exhausted and overwhelmed.

Hi da i never post journals or anything anymore but here i am? ??
I started the 2nd semester of my 3rd year of college recently and it's been...stressful.
I don't think I've ever been this stressed during the first week of anything ever in my life.
I have a lot of work to do, things to catch up on, stuff to schedule...etc. etc... .
Regardless, I wanna post an update here lettin' whoever still watches me know that, despite my lack of posting (or lack of art in general), I am indeed still making something. ..
I'm continuing with development for my Sneks comic!
I'm running into a lot of struggles w/ it bc I do want it to be something genuine and enjoyable, but hopefully it will begin to piece together soon. I've been slowly putting it together in my head, designing stuff in my sketchbook (and a little in my notes too.... .dont tell my professors ;o; ), and im havin a good time w/ it!
I wanted to ask y'all somethin' though if u feel like answerin'!
A few things::
1. What do you consider creepy, uncomfortable, scary, uncanny valley by design/aesthetic? Is there a character, a creature, a person, a story, a film, or any attributes that make for an incredibly creepy and spooky concept? What freaks you out? What makes your spine tingle? Please let me know! It can be anything!
2. What elements do you consider wholesome or comforting in a story, by design, or by execution in a plot? (if that makes any sense. lol) Is there a particular film, character, story, or song, that makes you feel warm, happy, comforted, or safe? What could one add to a story to make it something peaceful and enjoyable to be a part of? Tell me if you can!
I'm going to be using the inputs as more inspiration for comic development, so don't hold back on telling me anything and everything you can! <3 Thank you guys!!! !
